A video making rounds on social media captured the moment a Lagosian approached VIO officers known for imposing the State’s law on drivers who break traffic rules.
The young man quizzed the officer driving a patrol van over his reasons for shunning the same traffic law that he arrests other road users for.
The VIS officer, however, gave an excuse on how he and his colleagues were on a special operation that excludes them from using a seat belt.
